Find your purpose and reclaim control of your dreams

I offer one-to-one life coaching for anyone who is struggling with a transition in their lives, or seeking guidance or accountability to reach a goal or long-buried dream. My focus is particularly with women who might be struggling with finding their purpose and identity during the emotional roller coaster of motherhood.

When people come to see me, I genuinely care about helping them to get to the other side. I provide a calming space within a client’s busy day, where we can explore what’s going on and what they truly want in life.

Most of us are weighed down by a lifetime of crippling beliefs and learnt behaviours that have a huge impact on how we live our lives and, for many of us, they inhibit us from going after and living the life we really want. Fear of failure, fear of judgment and fear of rejection are common limiting beliefs and even though they can be hard to confront, overcoming them is absolutely achievable.

  • Coaching looks at where your fears are coming from

When you know what is driving your fears you can change the way you view them. This mindset adjustment is incredibly powerful because once you learn how to push through your fears and reclaim control you can confidently apply the same tools again whenever a situation arises.

  • Coaching gently pushes you outside your comfort zone

To really progress in life and grow stronger within yourself, that’s the place you need to be. Being outside your comfort zone can feel scary at first, but very soon you learn to feel confident and empowered.

  • Coaching is personalised

Every client is different, so rather than working to a set programme I tune into individual needs and go at your pace. I seek to draw out your thoughts and feelings and will only explore what you wish to share.

  • Coaching is steady and consistent

You’ll find with coaching that the most work is often done between sessions, when you’re putting into practice your new skills. For this reason, I’m available to clients during the week when they may need some support as a sounding board or to help them through a challenging afternoon. I return all messages as soon as possible.

  • Coaching is about listening, not watching the clock

Each session lasts approximately an hour, however I never cut-off a client just because the time is up. My aim is for clients to leave the session feeling better than when they came in, so sessions may go over time to allow for discussion to be fully explored.

  • Coaching can involve as many sessions as you want

You decide when you feel ready to move on. If it works for you, I like to check in with clients occasionally, even after sessions have ended, because I genuinely care about your well being and the journey you’re making. Some clients also like to stay in contact to keep themselves accountable to their commitments and plans.

  • Coaching is confidential and non-judgemental

I provide a safe and calm space in which you can talk freely about whatever is on your mind. For most of us, it is always beneficial to open up and share thoughts and feelings before being able to move on to reclaim control, reprogram beliefs and walk confidently towards our goals.


Going after your dreams and creating meaningful change in your life is an individual journey, but working in groups has the added benefit of offering new perspectives from other participants, which we can all learn from.

I tailor workshops and presentations to suit your needs, whether you’re looking for themes focusing on personal development, identity and finding your purpose, or ways to balance work and personal life. I work with women’s groups, community groups or business teams.

I will shortly be launching my new online coaching program, as an alternative to 1:1 life coaching. This 6-week program will comprise a series of short videos and tasks for you to work through at your own pace, and you’ll receive direct support from me throughout your journey.

Like face-to-face coaching, the online coaching program is suitable for anyone who is seeking more contentment or wanting to find their purpose in life, or who needs support to overcome their fears and take the next step forward. You’ll learn a great deal about yourself and uncover what might be holding you back from getting what you truly want in life. You’ll learn the skills to reset your beliefs and reclaim control over your fears so that you can confidently face challenges in your path.

The online coaching program can be worked on in your own time at your own pace and is a great option for mums with young children, or anyone else who struggles to find a spare hour in their day to sit down with a coach.
